There's a collar craze happening in fashion. It become a full on trend now. I've seen them on celebrities as well as on the runway. They can work for almost any style :)

I'd been thinking for a while to do this DIY :) So yesterday I bought some beads and spent the afternoon sewing them.

A button-down shirt with a collar. The shirt doesn't have to be plain. You will need scissors, a needle and thread. Pick your favourite jewels and lets get started :)
Then sew your jewels (pearls) on.
I'm using my old denim shirt.
A girl can never go wrong with pearls!
And the beauty of this DIY is that you can always add more to it of bigger beads, sequins, jewels etc.
Today I wore this shirt with simple high waisted black skirt.
