The basis of  good style is to have wardrobe essentials. 

As winter slowly transitions into spring we often rush to buy new season trends. But it is the perfect time to stock up on your basics.

A good pair of jeans is the first essential clothing item you must invest in. What I love most about jeans  is how versatile they are! They have an unbelievable ability to be either dressed up or dressed down. The cut of the jeans is really important. Make sure to choose a pair that flatters your body shape and that you feel good in them (so they will look even better on you). Choose your favourite fit and wash. I personally like dark wash skinny jeans and classic flared. They  will never let you down or go out of style.

Just a a simple plain white T-shirt is  a perfect essential to anybodies wardrobe. You can wear it with jeans, skirt or with a jacket, under a sweater (perfect piece for layering and keeping your body warm in a winter time) etc.  Make sure it’s the right cut for your body and fabric is also important. This is a wardrobe item that doesn't know any temporal boundaries.

Among things you must have in your wardrobe are nude pumps. Flesh-toned shoes make you visually taller and slimmer. They transition well from season to season and they’re so flattering for any body shape (or should I say leg shape). It is so important to find a pair of nudies that work with your skin tone. Be patient and find the shade that works with your natural colouring.  If you don't own a pair of nude pumps, you need to now!

  

Also a casual jacket like parka is a great piece. It  really goes with everything and it’s amazing transition piece. I got mine recently from Sheinside. Super-essential for anyone who loves the casual-chic look. I got so many compliments while wearing this jacket.
